Terms & Conditions

  1. This activity is open only to wholesalers and retailers, who are of age 18 years and above as on 1st January 2024. If you participate in the activity on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the requisite capacity and authority to accept these terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) on behalf of the business entity. Participation in this activity is purely voluntary. Participation in this activity implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
  2. This activity is open to residents of India only. This activity is not open in Tamil Nadu. Any entry received from Tamil Nadu towards participation in the activity will not be considered. Participation in this activity will be treated as void wherever such activities are prohibited under local law.
  3. This activity begins on 7th January 2024 at 10:00am and ends on 30th June 2024 at 10:00am. No entry will be entertained after 30th June 2024, 10:00am.
  4. This activity is applicable only on wholesale packages containing any variant of Vivel bathing bar bearing MRP of Rs. 10 (Rupees Ten) only.
  5. To participate in this activity, eligible persons should follow these steps - 1) Scratch the patch inside the wholesale package to reveal the QR code, 2) Scan the QR code or send Hi! on WhatsApp number 9780514145 to start the chat, 3) Accept these terms and conditions, 4) Follow the chat steps to enter the alphanumeric code revealed on scratching the patch, 5) Once the code is validated, you will get instant payout in your bank account or through UPI ID.
  6. For grand prize (details of which are set out hereinafter) (“Grand Prize(s)”), 1) a link will be shared with all participants via WhatsApp, 2) participants, if they choose, they may thereafter play a small game detail of which will be shared along with the link, 3) winners of the game will win a Grand Prize.
  7. Six entries will be selected as winners of the Grand Prize(s). The Grand Prizes are the following:
    • Royal Enfield Hunter 350
    • Apple iPhone 15 - 128 GB
    • Dell Inspiron Laptop 3511
  8. The entries of the participants who have participated for the Grand Prize(s) shall be judged on the basis of Accuracy with First come First Win basis. The entries will be judged by independent judges engaged by ITC Limited (“ITC”) for the purpose of determination of winners of the Grand Prize(s). The decision of the independent judges regarding the selection of winning entries shall be final and binding. No correspondence or any other claims in this regard will be entertained.
  9. The list of winners of Grand Prize(s) shall be declared by 15th May 2024
  10. The Grand Prize(s) shall be given for valid entries subject to the participant showing a valid proof of identity, address, and age. No additional claim shall be entertained. The winners making valid entries will be contacted within four weeks from 16th May 2024 for delivery of the Grand Prize(s). In the event the winner is unreachable on a particular day, or he / she does not provide the necessary details required for delivery of the Grand Prize(s), two (2) more attempts will be made to reach the winner on that day and / or the next day. If even on the third (3rd) attempt, the winner is unreachable, or fails to provide the necessary details required for delivery of the Grand Prize(s), such participant’s entry will stand cancelled and he / she shall become ineligible to receive the Grand Prize(s). The Grand Prize(s) shall be dispatched to the addresses of the respective winning participants, subject to the winner showing a valid proof of identity, address and age. ITC shall not be liable for non-receipt of the Grand Prize(s) due to incorrect details provided by the winner(s).
  11. The first lucky draw will be played on 26th March 2024 and the date for second lucky draw will be intimated later.
  12. The disbursement of the payout will be only through the method stated herein, and disbursement through any other form is not permissible.  
  13. The Grand Prize(s) may differ basis the model available at the time of delivery. In case the Grand Prize specified in the slab is not available, an alternate prize of similar value will be given to the winner.
  14. Products shown in images are for illustration only, actual products may vary.
  15. Grand Prize(s) must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. A Grand Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash or kind. In the event a winner does not take the Grand Prize in the time and manner stipulated, he / she will be deemed to have forfeited the Grand Prize.
  16. Participants may submit multiple entries in this activity basis the number of wholesale packages purchased.
  17. The scratch card cannot be exchanged for cash/vouchers/credit notes. The scratch card will not be replaced if lost. Only valid scratch cards will be accepted.
  18. ITC reserves the right to change the Terms of this activity, including extending, withdrawing, or discontinuing the same without notice, without assigning any reason, at its sole discretion, without any liability. ITC shall not be liable in any manner for any claim arising out of, or in respect of this activity.
  19. ITC shall not be responsible for (i) any incorrect or incomplete details provided by the participant and/or delay in receipt of communication and/or non-receipt of communication for any reason whatsoever, (ii) any charges, levies, costs if incurred by the participants to participate in this activity, (iii) any loss of data due to server issues and other technical faults that may occur during real time monitoring of the submission of entries, (iv) errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access or alteration by a participant or third party. ITC, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the operation of the activity, or engaging in fraudulent or unethical behaviour, or violating or otherwise not meeting these Terms.
  20. Vivel is an exclusive trademark / brand of ITC.
  21. By participating in this activity, you grant ITC a perpetual and worldwide right to use your name, image, and any other content or details submitted by you during this activity, for promotional and marketing purposes without any compensation.
  22. By participating in this activity, you consent to collection, storage, processing and usage of your personal data and sensitive personal data by ITC and its service providers, in the manner set out in the privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) and these Terms.
  23. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, any sensitive personal data that you provide as part of this activity will be collected and used for the purpose of this activity only. Such sensitive personal data and any other personal data provided by you as part of this activity, shall be governed by the Privacy Policy.
  24. ITC does not provide any warranty or assurance as to the merchantability or fitness of the Grand Prize(s). Any queries or concerns related to the Grand Prize(s) won as part of this activity shall be directed to the manufacturer. ITC bears no responsibility for product related issues of the Grand Prize(s) and the participant shall contact the manufacturer for assistance, warranty, or any other product related queries / concerns pertaining to the Grand Prize(s). You agree not to hold ITC responsible in any manner.
  25. ITC shall not be liable for any delays or failures in its performance hereunder resulting from circumstances or causes beyond its control. In such circumstances, ITC has the right to cancel or suspend this activity or carry out any other action as may be determined by it in its sole discretion.
  26. All disputes arising out of, or in connection with, this activity shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Kolkata.
